Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and a copy of your packing slip is included.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
